anyone know of a source for just the kingpin bearings. Luis mentioned that o'reillys carried them (made by moog), but I can't seem to find them

the part number for just the bearing is 23100 and the race is 23256. thats timken/bca/national. guess the secrets out

I think I am just going to go with the full kinpin requild,

Krebs do you still have that massive allen wrench?

or should I just leave the kinpins alone if they look like they are in good condition

no reason to replace them if they aren't pitted.


sweet, do you have the part number for the lower kingpin bearing too

those part numbers are for the lower bearing and race. there isn't really an upper bearing.

yea, its in my toolbox somewhere. I had forgotten about it until now. i need to use it for the pass side, then i'll return it to you.
