Anyone in the Houston area (or soon to be graduates) need a job? If so, let me know, we've got a bunch of positions opening up right now, all the way from the fab and machine shops to engineering to sales and quality control.
The posisition we're in need of the most right now is Shop Planner. Basically you spend your time split between the office and different shops, making sure everything is running smoothly. We build equipment for offshore platforms and pipelines and currently have more work than we know what to do with. They prefer someone with an engineering degree, but will consider people with other degrees or a background in fabrication or construction.
