I my house mate ran out of money and so I booted him. I am looking for someone who is easy going to take this room. I live in a huge sweet ass house in a great neighborhood in Bryan (near Colman). My roomate and I are both real laid back, clean, and like to play hard and work hard. The room is 15'x16' and you share a bathroom with the other guy (Reese) in the house who is chill as hell. We have a huge back yard and a big garage with all the tools you would want. It is pretty much fully furnished with a pool table and bar in the kitchen. I am asking $325/mo + bills which usually run from $90-160/ month including 70 TV stations, house phone, wireless internet, and all other utilities. If you have any other questions let me know.
