1 Roommate for Spring

Anybody need a place to live?
Pretty nice little house behind Barnes and Noble. Walk or bike to campus (I bike to west campus in 10 minutes), 2 blocks to Ho'Reilly's, washer/dryer, GARAGE (for tools and stuff...not a car). Air compressor and some air tools, pretty much furnished, backyard, grilles. Live with 2 grad students who are almost never home (I'm in Forestry and the other guy's a Nuclear Engineering student from France...he doesn't quite know what to think about Texans and their trucks yet). And CHEAP! $250/mo plus 1/3 utilities. If yer a total slob, don't bother, but we're not neat freaks, either. And the garage is supposed to look like crap (it's a rental...save on oil-dri)!
