Anybody with a portable welder have time to give me a hand this weekend? I have a very small welding job and I can't easily move my truck at the moment or I would just take it up to Lance's shop. One of my straps that hold my radiator in broke and I need to lay down about 2 inches of weld to put it back together.
I have 220 nearby if necessary, though I really think any welder would do the job.

can you weld with a mig? If so you can borrow my mig. Its small and easy to move, and runs off of a 110v outlet. I'm to busy right now to come do it for you, but if you want you can come by and grab it
Personally, I can't weld worth a crap (is a mig harder to use?). But this sounds like a good idea considering the 220 power plug issues and the fact that what needs to be welded is so small. I could swing by & pick it up, but can someone give me a hand welding it?

Tomorrow or Weds evening. I've got lights.
I'll most likely need it for a little work wednesday, so tommorow would be better. I'll be home anytime after 4:30, studying for tests.
