Is there a gap between the fender and drive over?
Yes, 3/4"
Looks good.
Gooseneck gave me two rights.......and i slept through my alarm this morning and they closed at noon. So now I have to wait until monday. GDI
so after all the work and you much you have spent to get a cheap trailer to be what you needed do the math for us real quick and tell us if it was worth it or if you should have bought one that was already done......
Thanks for your concern, but yes, i have $1400 in it. Find me another trailer for less than $1500 that looks as good as mine does now (after the new wheels that I traded for) with brand new brakes, tires, bearings, good wood and drive overs and get back to me. I could sell this trailer for an easy $2000 with the new wheels on it.
here's a trailer almost exactly like mine for $2600. Except with a metal deck, which I don't want.

these took me 5 minutes to find, not saying that they are better or worse than yours just something to look at
The second one has car tires. But ok, I have as much in this trailer as a newer one costs. But all of the wearable components on mine are new.
Doesn't matter, I did all the work myself so I know how everything is holding up/how old it is.
i was just asking cause this was one of those things that easily could have turned out expensive and it has for people in the past.
looks good tommy
