Warn and would you prefer a reclining seat?
if you get a superwinch that is not an x9 or a worm drive you might as well buy a harbor freight
I say get the x9, Its on my wish list before clayton.
I think I'm going back to steel cable, but I'm not 100% sure on that yet. I guess it depends how many 'tards are going to be around you while using the winch.
I like rope, but can see how cable is still desirable. I have learned to splice rope back together after cutting it a few times via a few Youtube videos
The rope only seems to break when you are being a dumbass and let it pull over a rock, which is easy to do at Clayton etc...
I had to use the winch on my pickup, with cable, yesterday to winch something onto a trailer and torn up my hand. I know properly rewinding is how to prevent tearing up cable, but I never do.
I can't even recall the last time I reclined my factory seat. On most trips my tool boxes and cooler inhibit recline anyways.
I am moving to Denver in the next 6 weeks and decided to downsize so the Jeep is my only vehicle. So, I am rushing to get as much done as I can before I move... Since I will be moving close to downtown with limited space to work on the Jeep.
Happy early Birthday to me!
Please excuse the crappy cell phone pictures...

Corbeau JPs with Seat heaters. I ordered clothe/vinyl but they sent me these... The full vinyl might be growing on me.
Also, Savvy Aluminum rear bumper with 2" receiver.

Undercover fab "Belly up" aluminum transfercase and engine skid plates... Much lighter than factory and gave me 3" additional clearance under the t-case.
Other things done:
- H4 headlight conversion
- Novak T-case cable conversion
- Added a blue tooth audio receiver to factory head unit
- Cheap HID driving lights that are humorously large
- Converted front speakers to larger 5.25" Polk speakers
- Polk Tweeters mounted by factory door stops under dash
- Polk Amp
- Converted rear sound bar to larger 6.5" Polk speakers
- Replace or repaint a few faded things in the interior here and there
Those seats look nice. Might need to find me some
PM Classic City Off-road for a quote on Pirate. Pretty great price with free shipping.
I ordered a Warn M8000-S, should be here today.
Skid plate looks pretty sweet.
