First page updated.
I will bring my EU2000 and some work lights, if anything else should help to brighten up the work area.
Sweet so I don't have to finish my crossmember/skidplate this weekend after all!
just take it to Brune motor and fab, they are the roxor!
BMF is gonna be drunk (er, I mean closed) for the weekend by the time I would get there!
Update from Lynda...Schubrings are staying in Dallas Thursday night, Scott's coming up to Clayton Friday morning for the weekend, Lynda, Nikki and Lissa are coming up Saturday morning and staying the night. All are staying at the A&A. Only bringing the Patrol
Said Patrol does not have head at the moment.
Lynda said he wasn't allowed to take her rig, so I bet he'll gitr dun :D
That or he can pull the scrambler and Coop's jeep on his trailer.
sweet, yeah the welder/generator will be there so no other would be required but if you want to bring it you are welcome too. And yes I run on beer.
I am ready to party.... I mean wheel... only 6 more days
Weather
Look like warmer than some years with a slight chance of some rain. Oh and we must have the 2nd annual clayton hill climb challenge
Scott will have it ready. Do you doubt him at all?
No doubt of Scott. However, head's in yankee land. I've found that dealing with vendors is the same professionally or personally, never know what will happen. I still don't have my second 35 spline flange, however I am prepared to throw in an old shaft set and flange. Just saying, if the head doesn't show up, I claim the spot.
mmmmmm beer....who's buying the single barrel....ON IT!
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccckkkk i want to go...

I will not be able to attend this year due to a death in the family. You all have fun.
Sorry to here it rob
thanks ed and brandon. its my gradfather on my moms side. I can't count the number of times weve killed a case of budweiser while bull****ting about cars. he raced back in the day and told me they used to run flattop fords with no headgaskets after using lapping compound and sliding the heads against the blocks for days to boost compression. he's from pottstown and almost everyone on tha side of the family has been in real old school manufacturing, including dana spicer. he also hated unions and refused tobuy snapon tools because their drivers had air conditioning.
Im pretty bummed out about this and missing my favorite trip of the year isn't helping any. at least I won't be wasting finals studying time trying to kludge a bumper together or some other jackassery.
Wow, sounds like he was a helluva guy. Very sorry to hear about this, will be thinking of you and your family.
Sorry to hear that man.
Send it with me, I will bring you something back. ;_)
I got everything ready to go.
Is anyone bringing an air compressor?
I will be bringing my backup RC crawler too.
Air compressor: go ahead and bring it
I have everything loaded up and ready to go, and the RC crawler might make an apperance too
im still working on it. but the '79 ford will be there.
The jeep's ready to rock, just waiting to take my one final on tuesday then head home for a Christmas party and load up.
I'll be leaving from Houston on Thursday if any H-Town Tamorites want to convoy.
the pancake will work fine, you just have to use the impact in spurts
i still have 5 finals to take, re-install my rear shocks and rebuild my rear driveshaft, but i should be on the road thursday earlyish convoying with ed
as for fire wood, i told my brother to get some when he meets up with cory at cory's place and if anyone has trailer space leaving from college station i can get as many shipping pallets as we can carry so let me know if you have some space
