diesel converters are much tighter, stall is all dependant on torque output and rpm range. higher torque=higher stall. that is why two different motor's same converter will result in two different stall speeds, flash speeds, and even top end slippage. torque converters are not so cut and dry as many people make them out to be, they can make or break how fast or how well a a car moves.Quote:
