Doug did you see your gas tank, straps, tools, and kreboperty keys?
Did you figure out what you're going to do about the shock hoops?
Yeah, thanks again. I think that tank is too nasty to use. It's got varnish on the inside and I don't feel like messing with it.Quote:

I'm not sure if it'll fit, but you're welcome to copy my shock mounts. Might be too easy for you though.

To reply to all of the above non-sense...
I am making my own hoops... Garrett just suggested using the BTF kit to save time, since it wasn't that much more money to just buy the kit.
I have 1.25" and 1.75" dies...
The bender works at the moment, but it has bent arms and I'm not using my own pump.
Mike, I don't think you understand how the bender works. With one shot I can bend 90* right now. If I repin the die, it can go past 180* but you won't be able to take the tubing out of the die. Both my dies are 240*dies.
After the clayton trip, I'm building new arms out of 3/4" or something similarly silly. The new design will also bend much further in one shot, probably around 125 or so.
are you going to make them out of 1.25 or 1.75??
looks like 1.75 because thats what I have laying around. To get 1.25 I'd have to order it and have it shipped.Quote:

I never thought about that but whats the point of making dies over 180 degrees if you cant get the piece out after its bent? Is there some kind of trick to it?
