well i worked on it today and got the 60 back under it by using a ubolt instead of the two studs in the housing, if anyone else is planning this fix you will need a 5 inch ID u bolt
now i just have to figure out all of the other little stuff to fix to get it back on the trail......
Brian did you notch the webbing or drill it near the tube and run it through? Also, how long was it? Or do you have a part number for it so I can get the guys at Heitman to find it much easier.

here is what it ended up looking like, i didnt make it back out to my ranch today but should be getting some pics brought back to me tomorrow.
frick-the ubolt measured 5/8"x5"x~13"(i did cut off about 2 inches of the thread on each side once i installed it so you could go shorter), there isnt a part number for the ubolt as they make them custom for you while you wait, i waited for maybe 5 minutes for it to be made,
