Most people I've seen get the spindles and such from trailer places, but there are DIY tire carrier setups you can find online as well.

Please tell me you at least bought one with a Dana 44 rear?
I just dont get it.
why upgrade the axles for her daily driver that will only see 33"s? I'd just carry spares and sell it in 3 years and repeat.
she drives the explorer... this is an extra vehicle... i dont plan on messing with the axles besides maybe a locker for atleast a while
huh huh, I got locka!
Where do i get these inserts for the sliders?
what is it a nutsert?
Grainger has them.
i believe so... it is so you can use flat mounted allen bolts
Hmm, I thought they had them in 20 and 200 packs. I was going to get some for the cheby, but decided against it. Are they going to be the only way of supporting the sliders?
no they are going to be supported from the body mount location also and possibly frame supports if needed seeing as i am adding a small step off of it

I know it may not be the size that you want, but there is only 5 in that pack.
Here is the search page on Grainger.
