FYI, as of right now there is ONE kitchenette and ONE room with a full and a twin bed left in the main building of the A&A. The annex is open aside for one room.
Just called and all they have left is a king/twin and two single king rooms. I got the king/queen in the annex.

IIRC they have 14 rooms at the main hotel and 6 at the annex.
If you have a room but arent on my list lemme know. We can add this to Ed's 1st post to make it easier to find once anyone else that has a room reserved speaks up.
Yes, there are 14 rooms in the main building. Room 7 I believe has a newer door than the rest though. I'm betting scott and cody have two of them and I think Ed still has his reservation he made a year ago.

leaving the 12th am from dallas should be in ok. by noon, one driving seat in the f-250 and as of now the lil sis is comming too, so no open spots in the room. But if that changes i'll be looking to trade for a smaller room or rent the spot out.

My flight gets in to Dallas friday morning and I should be in Clayton about the time everyone is ready to wheel on friday. Ed to I have a bed spot or floor spot, doesn't matter just need to know wether or not to bring the cot
