****ty song, ****ty video, but sums up alto... I can not wait!
I'm really hoping to bring the Ford out for this one, but I have no idea what my schedule will be. Actually got an interview for that job I was talking about this Friday morning. :gigem:
Hopefully I'll get it and my off days will line up.
Should we get food plans going? I will chip in if Ed or someone wants to make dinner one night.
I would pitch in as well.
Gettin psyched!
I am in as well
:gigem:
I would be more than happy to whip up supper. If y'all want to let me know ahead of time, I can bring enough for breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning and supper Friday and Saturday night. Would four meals with sweet tea and milk be worth a twenty to ya? I would need to sit down and work it out to see if I can get it any cheaper.
EDIT: Please post in this thread if you want on the list. http://www.tamor.org/forums/showthre...2511-Alto-Eats

2.5 weeks! Hopefully everyone is getting their **** together! We plan to leave SATX Thursday noonish, maybe early. Want to stop in CS and visit Casa De Chet, my jobsite, and check on my house. Then off to Alto.
:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:
Cancel the AC charge and the 6x9 boxes.
Add Install E Fan.
No promises, but I did get wasp nests out of the door hinges and started it yesterday. Just had to dump a couple gallons of fresh gas in it, wouldn't even hit on the old stuff.
Definite maybe. I figure it is really only time and few hundred bucks. 50-75 for a walmart battery, 30 for an oil change, and 50 or so to have the tires mounted and balanced. Another 60 for gas :)
Biggest issue right now is that it isn't showing any oil pressure, hoping its a shorted wire. Start with oil change and go from there.
Sound normal? No ticky lifters?
My white bronco did this. I put a mechanical gauge and all is well.
All I need to do is swap an oil pan, and fill the bastard with gas and I'm ready.
I need to install winch and fill with gas
Anyone else leaving early-ish Friday from BCS?
I can roll with you dave. planning on taking the day off.
2 weeks to go.
To do:
Mount lights on Ranger
Figure out Ranger tunes
Give Bronco a once over
Get gooseneck installed
Change truck oil
Change truck fuel filters
Pack all sorts of ****
Roll out!
Starter installed (and fires up like a champ now), radiator flushed (just need to get the truck out and run it to make sure it doesn't have any gremlins left in the cooling system) and now onto wiring.
