Definite maybe. I figure it is really only time and few hundred bucks. 50-75 for a walmart battery, 30 for an oil change, and 50 or so to have the tires mounted and balanced. Another 60 for gas :)
Biggest issue right now is that it isn't showing any oil pressure, hoping its a shorted wire. Start with oil change and go from there.

My white bronco did this. I put a mechanical gauge and all is well.
All I need to do is swap an oil pan, and fill the bastard with gas and I'm ready.
