Anybody need a trailer spot?
Oh, and will the gate be open Thursday night if we roll in late?
Gate won't open until Friday around noon.
$35 per rig and $15 per rider
That the whole weekend price?
Just asked for that Saturday off from work, hope to be there!
Anyone in the Dallas area need a ride down there? or need a trailer spot?
Are you not bringing the Scout?
GN hitch ordered for the dodge all jeep needs is seatbelt and shocks
Do they allow motorcycles?
What time can we show up on Friday?
I'll be there with the BarnBurner....
Plan is to roll out of H-Town mid-day Friday.
For anyone who hasn't been to Tree's Ranch wondering what it's like or worth the trip....
It's an awesome place to wheel in the Hill Country. Plenty of diversity in trail difficulty, ranging from hill climbs, canyons, and river beds. The camping area is wide open, so there's plenty of space to setup. Ingram/Kerrville are not too far away if you need parts or supplies.
Pics from a few years ago to give you an idea...

So. Damn. Excited. Cannot wait for the 19th. Also, nice hair Robbie! Haha
So do we have a head count yet? How many rigs? People?
I'm towing my jeep and my brothers jeep. Will be me my brother and his girlfriend. I think Mason is going to sit this one out because of the change in venue. Leaving Victoria Friday around 3pm
Not sure on a true headcount, but I would say 15+ rigs and upwards of 30 people.
Zach can you go through and make a list on the first post? I'm not near my computer.
I assume there are not any t-shirts, food or competition?
There should be all three, as far as I know? Someone clarify.
Yeah, let me know on the food end. I don't mind helping cook.
Good deal, Ed! Also, I stole one of your pictures for the Facebook, Robbie.
There will be 2 comps. One koh style on a 4 mile course, and one on a rock garden. We will also have a trophy.
There will be t-shirts also, and they're gonna be sweet.
Looking into food also.
We changed venues, that's it.
The 4 mile koh style sounds dangerous. Ill compete in the rock one if my **** ain't broke
when you parted out pigpen.
Um, we are running the 4 full miles. if you don't want to do it, don't but that's what the comp is.
You have a roll cage for a reason.:flipoff2:
I'm just worried about the go fast style of KOH racing with non go fast rigs. Hopefully everyone will know their limits. I do think it could be really cool if done safely.
I don't know if its the same course as King of Trees was, but the Beast did fairly well. There was only one section of "high speed rock garden" in the bottom of a creek bed. The rest was obstacles and gravel paths/pasture.
Don't get your panties in a bunch because I edited your posts.
