Overly Aggie Aggie
id be down for some if it will make the price lower, for a 15" rim
But a different design
I can deal with that price point. However I am in negotiation on some 42s on beadlocks right now
Maybe well do just the atm symbol
plasmas are for little bitches. real ballers go for the laser tables.....
Wheels should be in tomorrow
Since no one else is posting anything i'll put some stuff up.

Contacted fng customs about their kit too. They want $300 for theirs, so I don't think i'll be going with them. They did send me a couple of ideas however.
I like the top right one
I like it. What size is the tube? I would be a little afraid of it bending.
Are the tires going the hit the arms?
2x.25 was going to sleeve it with 1.5x:25 but tommy ducked that up. This is the same thickness as the cage arms everybody jacks off too
That would depend on size but there is substantially more Clarence than stock superduty
Finally I have something ready for paint.

ordered drag link parts from xxx traction. should be here tuesday.
did you make a crossmember for your frame mounts?
No cross member, now that paint has to be removed so I can finish bracing.
That's why I said on the phone "ill drill the holes and paint it and they'll be done.". And you said "yeah man that would be badass". I didn't realize that "yeah man that would be badass" really means "don't paint it because I have to finish bracing it."
Haha you think I listen when you talk...
:flipoff2: :flipoff2:
It no big deal
Might want to consider a quick crossmember to help tie it all together.
steering setup from xxx traction.....assholes.
Guy said it was a moog tre, so $150 didn't seem bad. Those mother****ers sent me a trw tre. Like I wouldn't know the ****ing difference.

Finally radius arms are done! We finished bracing them this afternoon and i'll paint and mount them for good tomorrow.
The price of the radius arms has way exceeded the price of the axles. I think that I may have spent over $700 in just materials.
$300 in tube
$250 in heims
$50 in Plate
At least $75 in bolts
$30 in drill bits
$35 in welding wire
$20 in grinding wheels
ok, maybe $800
Im already way over budget. but i'm real happy with how they came out.
still to go
-finish weld the coil mounting points
-something for shocks
-Mount roller tires
-Drag link and track bar (waiting on machine work on xxx Traction's kit)
-Figure out brake booster and mc. (thinking of keeping the stock booster with a 02 lightning mc)
-Run brake lines and bleed
-fill a.b.s sensor hole with some amsoil grease
-seal up diff cover and fill with amsoil severe gear (I'll be in touch, Ed)
Take it to ford for a 64 point inspection and watch them scratch their heads :gigem: Between the tbi, and superduty axles they'll be confused for a while.
wow. how many feet of tube is that? and where are you buying bolts? sucks how the consumables add up
Thats 20 feet of tube and we used less than 10th feet

After doing some research I found that the 02 lightning m/c would be the best for me. It has a 1 1/4" bore. It was used in 01 and 02 expeditions, and f-250, 350,450 until 97.
It fits in my booster (also the 350 booster) so I'll keep mine for a while and see how I like it. I don't like a real touchy brake pedal, but if it's too hard, i'll go with the 350 booster.

I got one side installed but when the 30lb frame bracket fell and hit me in the nuts after getting 15,000lbs of alto dust on me and almost breaking my wrist with the impact and forgetting every tool every time i crawled under the truck and got a random allergy bloody nose I got pissed off and threw the bracket down and went home. There was enough fail there for the night.
Tack another $30 on there for paint, acetone and wire wheels.
I hate days like that.
Today went alot smoother, all painted, installed and the shop cleaned.

by clean the shop you mean you gathered all the trash and threw it in your bronco
Looking good.
So throw tires on it and tell us how it rides.
more pictures of those coil mounts
Have you considered reinforcing/plating/boxing the frame where at the rear radius arm mount? I'm always weary of that area as it is where mine failed on the f1fiddy.
I don't know much about bronco frames, and those pictures are too blurry to tell, but is the frame not boxed where those rear radius arm mounts are?
