I dont think so since it applies to 4-wheelers and dirt bikes, you cant really get those inspected. I think its more of a pay to play type deal.Quote:

If it's any consolation, I am just going to find what ever license plate I can and slap it on mine. I am not going to hassle with plates and insurance for this trip. There are too many buggys running around up there I would think to worry bout this much.
