Hmm - more options. I was just starting to like the idea of having a steel pan too.

PSC sales those now.
Modification note: I moved the PS can from the grill to the engine to allow the can to move with the engine and eliminate the risk of pinching the suction hose - thus causing pressure and blowing out the pump "can" seal.
Another update to her rig: I redid the front U-bolt plates for 5/8" U- bolts. Both centerpins were broken and the plates were bent. I also reienforced the spring perches a little at they were starting to bend some. I started to make a front anti-wrap bar but got sidetracked with packing bearings while I waited for a weld to cool.
We leave for Colorado on Thursday morning, I don't think I will get the antiwrap bar done by then. It's possible but not sure I want to push that hard with all of the other crap I have to get done.
Did you have 9/16" U bolts before? Did they loosen up or stretch or something?
I had 1/2" before. They would stretch or bend the plates between runs. The grade 8 washers under the nuts have the form of the nut deforming them
Interesting, the klogger is rolling with 9/16" bolts and I made the front plates out of 1/4" plate with a 90 degree angle at front and back to prevent bending. Have to see how it works. The rear are stock plates that I welded an additional piece of 1/4" plate to.
In addition, my uncle has a pocket knife.
Who all is wheeling in Colorado?
My family, the Busa family, the Higgs family, the Lynn (Rj / Ash) family, and Hippie is going to meet up with us.
Tell everyone hi. Send pics!
Sucks you aren't coming this year, your munchkins would have fun and I havn't seen Whitney in a while.
Me too. Couldn't swing it with the wedding, honeymoon, and FL trip. This will have to suffice for our quota of mountains this summer:

Keep posting pics!
What brake master and booster did you end up going with?
Thanks
yes, that is correct. works great with some minor modifications to make it fit. I think the booster is a stock YJ one, master is vette.
Checking the diaphragm is as easy as putting vacuum to it. If it doesn't hold a vacuum, it's bad.
As far as the master cylinder, you can get one of these.
