Get out of my thread
If you guys ever find yourselves in Denver I recommend you check out Benny's. It'll give Coco Loco a run for its money, I can tell you that much...
:flipoff2:
also, if you're on the Western slope, Carbondale apparently has a pretty rad taco joint that's worth going out of your way for. Creighton what was that place called again?
The disc brackets came in the other day. For some reason one of the holes is threaded wrong in one side. It won't be hard to fix just annoying. Had to do lots of grinding on the 10.25 to get the truss centered. Even had to notch one side of it also. Got it tacked on. I have no idea where my welding hood is. The last time I used it was in Clayton. Did it end up with anyone else? I also started to cut off factory tj brackets... It is going to take many hours of grinding to get the frame clean. I pulled the gas tank also. What is the contraption hidden in the back of the passanger fender that hooks to the gas tank for? It has several vacuum lines to it I believe.
emissions ****.
Do i need to keep it?
Evap Canister and Leak detection pump. Remove it if you like check engine lights.
mines under the hood
Changed locations in 2003 IIRC.
I guess it is going in the backseat with the tank then
I think there are some issues with changing the length of the leak detector pump hoses, so if you relocate keep em the same length if possible.
Comp cut and frame chop have been done. Pics are on Facebook.
looks like an odd place to cut the frame. were there directions?
