Did they take the TV's out of the rooms of the AA? There has been a TV in every room I've ever stayed in up there.

In other news, I'll give a bright shiney nickel to anyone who knows what a "reaction sun gear shell" is and why it would really piss me off today!

yeah, it's still working, but had problems in reverse and made a really weird noise while in first. Shut it off, fired it back up and it's acting normal, but I'm not going to trust it all the way to Clayton with a trailer behind it. Looks like the Tahoe will be sitting this one out. Oh, and I've already read about "the beast". ***. I just hope this isn't a sign of things to come this weekend.

This totally sucks and it's historically my favorite trip of the year, but the logistics just aren't working out. Think of someone wiping your butt with ice cubes in near freezing weather...that would be his diaper changes. :(

How about a laptop DVD player? I'll donate mine. I don't think you'd have to hang in the hotel all day, but you would have to trade out with Scott and do short trips.

BTW, Weather.com says highs of 52, 39, and 46 now so it is not quite as bleak. I know last year was awesome, but I think this is actually warmer than most years. Wasn't it usually in the 20s?

You could get some Christmas shopping done in nearby Antlers, OK. They are supposed to have a nice little downtown! :)

Oddly enough, mine has been slipping at stop lights lately. It's at just over 50k, so I guess I'll change the fluid and filter since mr. strep throat gave me a 4-day weekend.

mine was slipping first off the line but i got a fluid and flush and its better now.

I seem to remember having a conversation with Scott about how you guys would not make a second trip in so many months. How did that one go again Scott?
