Essentially a "semi-floater" the axle must transmit the load of spinning the wheel and the weight of the vehicle. In a full floater there is a hub or spindle of some sort that holds the weight of the vehicle, thus the axle shaft is only subject to the load from spinning the wheel. Thus the shaft should break less.

So, option 2, lets look at that second 351.

I have an Iraqi Sleeper Cell positioned in North Houston. There are many personnel in this cell, and they each have varying jobs. One of those is a mechanic. I retrack my statement, I think Hot Pocket is more like MacGruber.

Where do you get those hitch receiver shackles? I saw one at hf and there is no way i would even put that on a four wheeler.

They sell the Warn brand ones at Tractor Supply.

I pimp a tractor supply one on mine right now. Just look to make sure the WLL is high enough.

So when i bought my truck there were some wires from the heater under the dash that you would just twist together to make it work. There is a hole cut in my heater box and two wires come out. I have tried every combination of power and ground to these wires but it still doesn't come on. What did the p.o do? How do i make it work?

did it ever work when you twisted them together?

it used to work, now it doesn't

define work, does the motor blow just not hot, does nothing happen, do you hear any noises electrical or not. we need more info

The blower doesn't come on

Did you check the fuses?

no but good call

run a jumper wire to one from the hot side of the battery and ground the other. if that doesn't work do the opposite. if that still doesn't work then your motor is fried or maybe the resistor if you have one

So do you think the p.o just put new wires on the motor when the factory wiring stopped working? Whenever the motor was on it always blew hot.

sounds like its ben a victim of a a po's bad wiring. someone knowledgeable might have to take a loot at it

Type CJ -- Special fluid for Ford C6 transmissions. Similar to Dexron II. Must not be used in automatics that require Type F. Can be replaced with Mercon or Mercon V.

On that note, **** Ford for using 4 different incompatible ATFs in the last decade.
