Also planning a bumper
Going to get it milled out of solid titanium. That's why I made a cad drawing.

Titanium... Pshhh. Unobtanium is where it's at
Hitch pin hole behind or in front of bumper?
behind. With the shackles there, i won't need to use that hitch much, unless you break your dodge at alto and I have to tow it home.
its a joke
Sometimes I wonder with you guys, so figured I'd check.

Haha we use to by those on our four-wheelers back in my crosby muddin days
this is real easy, i did it in about 2 hours while taking my time and drinking a few cold ones
Yup, so easy a TumTum can do it.
Tummy why don't you go ahead and weld your rear end untill you get money for gears/lockers
Its a limited slip. I am going to round rock next weekend to pick up a set of 5:13 gears from craigslist for $200 with bearings and a carrier. Then to huntsville to pick up an open rear end from a 10.5.
I'm going to pick up tube next week for the cage too.
let me know when you buy tube and I'll buy some with you so we can get the price lower

I picked up some 5:13's for my bronco today. Dana 60 reverse rotation 5:13.
I got them for a pretty good deal but the more I look at them the more I don't think they're Thick cut. I can't imagine there being many thin gears for dana 60's out there since the break is at 4:10.
Anyway I look on precision gear's website and it doesn't give any measurements for the thick cut gears. Google can't find any thickness measurements to find out if they are thick or thin.
According to the pictures I look at they aren't thick cut.

The first couple pictures do not look like 60 thick gears, they look like normal ones. Call randys and ask them to measure them for you. You can get a spacer for the thin gears that makes up the difference, but that is pretty janky.
Also, how long have those gears been sitting uncovered the ring looks like it sat outside for a while. Im sure it will be fine, but make sure and check it for any pitting or anything. Also, if you need them I have a set of setup bearings for the 60 that you can borrow and it will make it much easier to get a good setup.
According to precision gear they are thick.
My old exhaust kept getting in the way and bashing in my fuel tank so I cut it off and put a glasspack on it. They're alot quieter than I thought when you open it up. At Idle its about how I expected.
Mufflers are for pussies! :flipoff3:
They require a break in period. Did you get it hot then shove a water hose down the tail pipe?
