That's what I've heard, but the '84 FSM I have says GL4 and the '88 FSM says power steering fluid.
I picked up some ATF, so I'll half ass flush and run that.

if you are running hydro assist I would suggest power steering fluid

I have alot of credit card debt still left from college and I want to pay that off. Selling the 4runner is the quickest way to get to that point. Plus I have a trip to Scotland/Amsterdam coming up in October and would prefer to be able to enjoy myself without worrying about spending to much money
