i might let you pimp the Scout, not sure if you are worthy or not :flipoff2:
So you are going after all?
still up in the air, not sure if I will even have the Scout then. If all lines up, I am going to go. Need to get out of TX in August.
Jeep Grand Cherokee would be the best one to rent...Quote:

Are you guys staying in Keystone the entire time? You do realize that that is about 40 miles from the Fairgrounds at Fairplay.
-Mark (Staying in Fairplay)
yea, but it is free :D I am thinking on leaving the Scout somewhere in Fairplay and carpooling over.
that's the plan... I am bringing my camping stuff just in case :DQuote:

Dillon reservoir never seems to have any water in it.
Don't forget to go to Pug Ryan's (in Dillon) and have a mug of stout, and a mug of scottish ale. I promise it's worth it!
I am still on the prowl for a bumper pull triler with brakes. The one I thought I had may have fallen through, so if anyone knows I can beg/borrow/ or rent cheaply, please let me know.
I have 4 seats available in the suburban on the way up if anyone wants a plush ride and doesn't mind splitting gas. I am even bringing a DVD player and will have internet access on the way up!
I also will have 2 seats availalbe in the 4runner, and Ben will have a couple seats in his Jeep if there are any more riders that would want to go.
chris, when will you be back? now that its kinda last minute i can plan for it, but i have to move soon too....
Sunday night most likely.
Well, I am sort of looking at this as good news because of my continued overheating problems, but some of you may not be looking forward to this.
It is currently 46 in Fairplay. The high for the days we are there is 61 and some days the high tops out at 56! Lows overnight go down to 35! Unfortunately it also looks to be rainy as well as scattered T-storms are predicted every day.
Anyway, plan accordingly, and Lyssa, if you end up camping - at least find some warm guy to cuddle with.
better bring a jacket Mark, as the Scout will still be topless and running sans the doors. I for one and look forward to some cool weather again.
Those temps are probably at lower altitude. Just wait 'till the mountain passes and snow! I think it rains nearly every day in the at higher elevations..and comes on fast.
Great, maybe I'll just pack snow around my radiator every once in a while to keep from overheating.Quote:

Mine does, and you can even cuddle with a warm doggy in the back :flipoff2:Quote:
