Hi, this is Roland, owner and founder of Spooky Tooth Cycles. After 7 years of innovation and growth, I feel that my time is complete as manager of one of the most unique businesses I have ever known. I have loved all the time and stories people have shared through the years. Spooky Tooth promotes environmental responsibility and strives to remain at the forefront of motorized bicycling for both inventiveness and customer support. I am leaving the business highly profitable and in good standing. My wish is to hand Spooky Tooth to someone willing to continue the exploration of motorized bicycling technology.
My requests are minimal and might be seen as a great value to someone with a little business savvy. I would like to simply pull out the equity that has been invested in the business.
Our current assets include:
* SpookyToothCycles.com, a profitable, established website appraised at $30,000http://spookytoothcycles.com/images/...ers/flower.jpg
* Current inventory retailing at $75,513 or $37,756 wholesale
* Office computers - $1100
* Machine Tools - $246 0
* Business and office solutions - $4550
* Established Wholesale Accounts
* Robin Subaru EHO35 Timing Belt Transfer Case Prototype and Design Drawings - $25,000
* Information Products, specifically a set of "How-to" instructional e-docs that describe building, maintenance, and customization procedures
The combined asking price for all of the above is $75,000.
We are a 99% web based business with excellent organic search rankings. Aside from minimal paid promotion on the motorized bicycle forums, we do not spend any money on search engine advertising.
If you or someone you know is interested in all or part of the above mentioned assets, please reply back to this email.

Thank you for supporting our efforts in transportation. Ride safe.

Domination!!
Is there a story here?
He lost his phone on lower Greenville saturday. I woke up in someones front yard, he wasn't around, so I took a cab home
i know you got lost, i got the phone call from your wife
I got a replacement communicator. If you left voicemail its gone.
was gonna see if you wanted to work on some happytimes today, finally got my clutches in
Thanks to Fredo, the chopper now has real motor mounts and a new clutch
it also now has a busted crank snout. Time for new motor.
which side? gear or magneto?
gear, the key stock and other chunks fell out. Im look at the new super rat motor, that comes with CNC head and ported cylinder and internal ignition.
Other then tubeless specific bike rims, has anyone heard of glueing the tire to the rim? I am having issue with my rim spinning in my tire and destroying tubes.
figure out some sort of rim lock like a dirtbike has
Little bitty rim screws!
Zip ties
I think we need to start making these motors.

It's a Moto Guzzi 500cc V8. Was used in racing from 55-57. Had never seen this until today. I think I finally found a bike I like the sound of.
Fast forward to the 0:26 mark if you have a short attention span.

That bike is big enough we could probably put two of them on it!
I didnt notice, but check out all the valve stems
gasbike.net 66cc motor coming in the mail today, just in time to distract me from law school finals that start on saturday
Where are you in school at?
Baylor in Waco, my apartment is pretty much touching campus on the south side but the law school is on the north side, to drive I have to do a circle around campus but by bike it's a straight shot.
Hopefully I'll have some motivation to take the bike with this motor on it. FedEx had delays today so it says delivery is tomorrow
Got it running last night. Pretty fun but I'm having some problems with the wheel sprocket being not lined up perfectly with the drive sprocket

Make sure you have the chain as tight as you can get it. Be prepared to break a few spokes. A simple but effective way to make wheels last is to zip tie the spokes together where they intersect.
You can pm me if you have any questions to maximize happy times over sad times.
will do. thanks
