'bout a 50/50 chance that guy is confusing "longfield" with "birfield"
I have done some research but have found no tech on if it has been done. I want to mate my ford np203/205 to my jeep AX-15 transmission. i believe the transmission is 23 spline and the 203 is 31 spline. searching shows that a lot of people have talked about it but i cant seem to find anyone who has. anyone run across this before. I have plenty of wheelbase to fit this in now and want to know if it is possible
04
so it could possibly be done with a dodge 203
You sure that's an AX15? :)
dont all 4.0 tjs have the ax15?
Not in 2004. It's an NV3550.
I bet people don't put 203/205 combos in newer TJs because the 231/300 doubler is cheaper, smaller, lighter and way mo sexay
it is also 23 spline but thanks for the correction
According to this website you can use Advance Adapters p/n 50-0202 to "mate this case to Jeep, Dodge or Ford 6 bolt circular application". I can't find the adapter on AA's website, but it is listed in an AA catalog as a GM NV4500 to GM 203 tcase adapter.

Can I safely put a 14" wheel on the bronco?
I must hear more of this plan
why would you do that...
14 wide or tall?
Tate you should be able to put the dodge input in the ford np 203.
I am buying Busa's 231. I know it has taken a beating over the years but it is going to fit into the budget better right now than any other option
it has 4:1 and 1350 outputs and the price is fair
ha, yeah, i mispelled it too
Very well thought out and methodical testing of winches. Also very interesting final result numbers.

your self-guided tour of the internet for today involves googling the words "backspacing" and "scrub radius" and following the resultant links wherever they may lead you until you have found the answer to your question

Tires like to fall off wide wheels at low pressures. Most use a wheel about 2" narrower than the tire. I really think a wheel about 4" narrower than the tire is the way to go for offroad+highway. Tire stays on better, sidewall is better protected, and still wears right. Go skinnier on the wheel and the tire will wear in the center too much.
pretty sure the yoke i have is 1350 and 30 spline. from what i read it can be a 14B yoke or np205? how do i tell? u bolt style
the only number stamped on it is '19'
if it is a d60 1350 i have on in my truck right now you could compare it to, give me a call after tomorow
