6" lift isn't really that much too much for a bronco on 33s. Pull the add a leafs out of the rear to get it about level, then drive it a while and the front will sag. These things didn't drive that great when they were new.

I think you need new steering (either new tie rods/ends or swingset with good heims/joints, and maybe a gear box), and an alignment before you do anything else.
****, I guess ill keep the lift on. If I did go back to stock I could build the swing set steering...
My Bronco had a 3" lift and I ran 33X12.50's. I had to cut the edge off the bumper because it rubbed, other than that it did not rub. The Klogger in TTB form, which essentially the front is a bronco ran 37's with a 6" lift with no issue.
Also my Bronco was actually somewhat "nice", like I had balanced tires and did regular alignments and it drove like a giant piece of ****. Even before the lift with 31's it sucked. I mean you could keep it on the highway, but like it would not do a straight line so well.....
You can see the bumper trimming here...

Here is a "full retard" version of a bronco

And while we are digging up old ****

I don't see that as an issue, if you need to go back to stock, then do it. Just decide if you really want swingset steering so you don't waste money on stock replacement parts.
Are you planning on keeping the TTB?
Karl, what rear wheels were those?
I've heard lots of people complain about poor flex and rubbing tires while running a lifted TTB setup, just like Travis is right now. And just because the Klogger had some magical TTB system that somehow made it through hell and back does not mean it is the best axle ever... everyone knows the Dana 30 is where it's at! If you don't believe me, ask one of those Jeepers in the mexican food/ land rover jumping thread.
Karl is the only person sense here
Hotpocket, would my suburban get crazy flex if I just put lift brackets to drop everything down? As long as you don't have a leaf spring ttb setup there's nothing wrong with ttb. I've seen rigs with ttb get 20+ inches of travel. Cut and turned ttb with good coilovers and longer radius arms would surprise the crap out of you.
Travis, FOA is making coilovers again if you find yourself wanting some.
Broncos drove like **** from the factory from what I understand. I've never driven one that wasn't all over the road.
That ttb lift is ****, better than some I've seen but it's still a drop bracket lift. He's not really tearing into it, just fixing it. Everything on there now sucks, coils, drop brackets, white body shocks, nothing on there now will be in the final product so why keep it? It's doing nothing but making it more mall crawler-ish now.
What I'm trying to say here is that obviously Travis has a bronco with a ****ty TTB lift or else he would not being experiencing those problems... sure, you can dump money into custom radius arms and all kinds of other fancy TTB garbage, but it isnt as easy to come by as 44 or even 60 parts.
Knowing travis, he isnt going to spend that kind of coin and can achieve much better results and be much happier with the truck in the long run if he just threw in a 79 44 and called it a day. TTB bronco stuff just doesnt come by as cheaply as making a good quality solid axle system work. That's why I asked. If he wants to build a TTB system, I'd love to see it.
I guess my biggest input would be to get rid of the drop brackets one way or another. They wreaked havoc on my F150 frame. I am torn on whether building a TTB or SAS is the way to go, depends on what you want to do with it I suppose. I have a bunch of extra
D44 SAS stuff if you decide to go that route.
