I tallied up my fuel bill:
$516.85 for 301.97 gallons
I got about 9.4 mpg pulling the 28 foot gooseneck going 70~75
Some people owe me for hotels: I don't think any of ya'll have paid me yet
Nick ~ 30 or so for the three nights in Cruces
Robert ~ 30 or so for the three nights in Cruces
Troy ~ 30 or so for the three nights in Cruces
Busa ~ 30 or so for the three nights in Cruces
Cody & Wendy ~ 78 for the two hotels in AZ
So when the fawk are we going back??? I miss this ****, I really need to start working on building something, but now we've bought a house :confused2

doug didnt you do something stupid on the way up there? Take you like 16 hours for an 8 hour trip?

the main problem with the blazer wasn't actually due to anything i had done in the previous month. The damn fuel pump was breaking of impellers and clogging the fuel filter. So we really didn't have to drop the tank in fort stockton, just replace the fuel filter. Although, I didn't learn that the pump was spitting impellers out until i had to drop the tank again when working at my brothers in-laws ranch in Ft. Stocton a couple days later...
It tell you what, this year we'll put it behind the new truck and haul ass :gigem:

You could build a buggy like mine pretty cheap, just skip the bling stuff for now, and add them as you have the cash. just so you know, it is gonna be hard to draw a tube buggy and turn it in for a project. now you may be able to do a suspension system. Thats what i did. i drew the rockwells, links, hiems, and frame. also solidworks sucks for anything even slightly complicated...
is that the new plans for the cj?
