Flemco is buring me a chip. This should solve the firing order issue and let the computer control the electric fan which will be pretty cool. The smog pump has been disabled as well. I have the wiring harness fit to the bronco. I just need to tape the harness up and zip tie it in place.
I need to pull the headers and weld in the 02 sensor nuts and wire the fuel pump. I would have finished it this weekend but I went to CS to drink. Maybe this weekend it will be running again.
Hey Flemco did you put that chip in the mail yet?
I've tried running it with the pins in the original position as well as switched, both worked fine.

Well I dont have any new pics it pretty much looks the same. Jimmy it still has a flat tire. I have it all wired up and ready to start but due to the rain I did not want to plug my computer in just yet. Hopefully some time this week I can let the wiring harness dryout and try it.
theres the tranny mike, let me know whatcha think.
you should be able to tell if its electronic or not by the electrical connector. at least i know on chevrolet AODs that the easiest way to tell.
that doesn't look like the turd AOD I have sitting around, so its at least an electronic shifted tranny.
my buying strategy= what is it going on ebay for-what are you asking = GP
no kick down lever its a AODE. I need too see how i can make it work.
thats an e4od, still electronic controlled just a much bigger, heavier, stronger version
I pretty much worked all weekend on my little bronco. Its being a pain in the butt. I got it kick over a little I have some sensor problems to work out.
I have been working on this dude but can not get this to fire. I have replaced the ICM and the coil and getting nothing. I get a fire every once in a while. I think I messed up the wiring some place. Gonna have to check all this again.
I also bought a 89 KLR 650 dirt bike and it runs so I might play with it.
hey mike there is a diode/resistor combo somewhere inline with the ICM plug and ecm harness that kicked my ass. I think the wire is green, maybe has a stripe. The solder joint inside the molded plastic case broke and I had to splice in a junkyard replacement.
I can't remember if eec-iv won't start if the park/neutral condition isn't satisfied. My diagrams aren't handy but you might want to check that.

Ehh, I have been told that if I make any other "stupid" large $ purchases before making a certain other purchase, I need not worry about having sex for a while.Quote:

Edit yes those are steps like you see leading up to a trailer house. I did not live in a trailer house the owner is to much of a joo to build a deck I guess.
This is for Jerry I know he wanted to see a damn pumping unit.

Flem
I got around to testing the Chip other than the fact that the fuel pump will not shut off it will run on that chip. Its surges a little but I think the computer is trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
If we could get the fuel pump thing to work right that would be super. It also starts alot easier with the chip in the truck.
