Where did he get that high steer arm?
Whats going on where the pass. side tie rod mounts to th knuckle?
And those high steer arm bolts look tiny.
I think what looks weird is the stock drag link end just sitting there doing nothing. That's my guess
Eventually i plan to Have Custom Fab machine my knuckles and plasma cut out arms.

He seem interested in joining so I'm sure he'll explain everything soon. The reason the stock drag-link end is there is soon the factory tie rod could be used, he's planning on correcting it sometime.

As for those bolts I agree with JB. They look like 3/8" bolts or something. Also, is the fact that they are bolts not freaking anyone else out? Bolts don't have near the shearing strength that appropriate grade studs would have. I would def. model them after every other high steer manufacturer and OEM application and use studs with cones to prevent the holes from wallering out.
you mean tensile strength? shearing resistance? Are you sure they are that different, or is it more an issue of thread and clamping strength?
you dont need cones for the studs, i have never seen a kingpin 60 arm use the cones, but the arm in the pics does look a little suspect
