any one have a trailer I can borrow for this trip? I'm pretty sure I'll have a spare seat on the way up there and out on the trail as well
Feller, I'll take you up on that seat on the trails if you don't mind. Did you ditch the back seat idea? I ask because I might be bringing the gf along.
I'd find a seat for my significant other and not worry about it too much for you.Quote:

Actually I wouldn't bring my wife to clayton if I didn't have rig to wheel. She likes the wheeling/scenery aspect of rockcrawling but she hates it when someone breaks down for 2 hours and the standing around talking car crap happens.
To alleviate annoyance in the future, I'm going to get one of those portable DVD players to entertain her. This would be especially useful for clayton because she likes to walk around with the dog when this happens, but I don't trust the woods of clayton...

If all goes well this weekend though, I may have a seat for her by Clayton time.
And yea, I hoofed it most of the time last year when I was out with Cody, Scott and Lynda, but riding in the back of Juniors MJ on top of spare parts and a tire down some of the quicker sections the next day sucked donkey balls.
would a 2wd bronco II be enough for this trip or would just more of a pain in the ass? If so I will buy one tomorrow, hell i might buy it any ways (very cheap)
Deffinately a pain in the ass Travis.
yeah, the backseat is gone. Going to use that space for storage insteadQuote:

So is a big group going to be leaving Thursday morning. Im assuming it will be 35 all the way into oklahmoma which will be nice since half of us will be hauling trailers. I talked to Justin after the meeting last night and if it works out then i think we will be hauling up a camper and staying out there. We are fish with no money. I dont know how to get there though, and i dont want to get lost hauling a trailer.
There will probably be a few different groups leaving throughout the day, but the main group will be departing sometime in the morning. I dont know about the camper, there is enough room for it in the parking lot at the hotel but the management might frown on it.
