if its scotti's rig you mean, then I don't think its time for fullwidths. There was talk of totaling it and using the insurance money to fund a buggy

ill get mine up tomorrow afternoon after work.
I had an AWESOME time...
I also smoked my rear brake line, one shock on the rear and jacked up my gas filler area, but that should pop back out. I'll post up our pics on offroadrepublic.com tonight.
my square driveshaft didn't break... It was the pinion yoke, ujoint, and the driveshaft yoke. I think I welded too much and affected the strength of the driveshaft yoke, which took out the rest of it.
Also bent the tie rod on the oil pan due to excessive bouncing from the springs.
At any rate, I reassured myself that i will never wheel the blazer again and it gave me new inspiration for the imaginary buggy.
Now it's time to cleanup and disassemble.
You can add to that list a dana 60 pinion on johnny's truck. Anyone know of a place in dallas where we can find one?
pinion as in ring and pinion? 4 wheel whore house? I've got some d60 dummy bearing setup pucks if you guys need to regear in a pinch.Quote:

Yes, he made it back, but he's been sick ever since. I haven't seen him yet.
sick as in cough cough sick, or sick as in I totaled my baby sick?
Swollen tonsils sick.
Rodney: Hey Boss, I'm staying home today cause I'm sick.Quote:

So Cooper, did the splines strip and then yall welded it as a repair then it broke, or did yall weld it as an upgrade and then it broke?

8Runner really is not that messed up - I was freaked out while it was sliding down the hill making godawful crunching noises, but it was already busted up pretty good on that side. Rear window is smashed and I need to straighted out the spare tire. Scott's winning pick of a winch point messed up my door frame pretty good too :flipoff2: I still can't believe I sheared those knuckle bolts again! Oh, and Eric, the tire is fine, but I need to rebuild the damn knuckle again. I don't know what my long term plans are yet, been so under the weather I haven't had time to consult with my insurance agent.... :gigem:
BTW, I have like 700mb of pics & vids. I'll post them as soon as I can free up a hand from my chloraseptic bottle.
yeah, splines stripped, welded to fix
ok finally all of mine are up

the splines stripped so we tightened the **** out of the nut and welded it together... worked fine for awhile then it snapped later on... probably from the heat.Quote:

who got the pic of the carhart stockholders union on blacksheep?
I think chris was on the other side so he may have the pics. What about the video of robby crawling into the freezer in front of the hotel? Who has that?
I've got it, just haven't had time to get them on the web yetQuote:

I think they must have said, "Hey, the Klogger is running!" and that was your look of amazement, but Flem was thinking, "you can't fool me suckers, that thing sucks!"

I'm trying to upload mine but the kickass site, offroadrepublic.com won't let me...Fix it Dave!! :)
I'd imagine it has something to do with the hydraulic cylinders attached to the axles.
