I can honestly say I've only seen a few chevy's from those years that I've liked. One was the one cajun built, another is that orange and white one that won TTC a few years ago, and a heavily abused red one on 38s that you used to see in pics from the hammers in california

"Late 70's" blazers did not have full removable tops. See my post above. The 70's grill is my second favorite, after the 89-91 of course, they look more "truckish" than the 81-88. The 81-88 grills are straight up ugly (thats why pigpen doesnt have one :flipoff2: ).

I'm not really sure what that means, but I would jump on that thing. The body looks clean and it has the kickass grille.

I'd jew him down to $988, or even $987... It looks good, I just wonder why you would tear one down if the body was so cherry. It is a jeep board though, so all bets are off.

I'm in the process, already sent an email...

Too justify this to myself it's got to cost around a $1000 total. This includes a freon charge, gas to get there and back, and any other little things that it might take.

It does look like I could spend a weekend getting it running, and then another weekend getting the AC, etc... going and have a decent daily driver.

I wouldn't mess with the axles, just leave it like it is and drive it.
