10-4 on the helmets. They have to be DOT approved. I think we are good on the helmets. Karl and I have dirt bike helmets.

The bathrooms are decent for camping. They also work well for rebuilding carbs. :gigem:

I am not sure if my shoei dirt bike helmet is DOT or not. I might bring my street bike helmet and pull the visor off it.

Yes, but before you make it to your truck and back to your camping spot you will be coated in a fine red layer of dust. When you blow your nose you will think your nose is bleeding.

Also, if the same rednecks are working the front gate you would be smart to get there 30 min before you need to be b/c it will take them at least that long to check you in. They will make your head hurt and you will have to leave the trailer.

I had a dirtbike helmet last time, but I'm betting as long as it looks like a "bash hat" you won't catch any hell.

Been to Alto during a drought, i'm used to it. Its rained there though so maybe wont be as bad.

Karl after this trip you think you can leave that trailer in lufkin at my house. Since you are bringing that trailer. I want my torch back too. I am only allowed to have one bronco at a time at my dads land.
