Look bitch, those were load range E tires. When you have 50 tires on stuff around the ranch, you run what you got. I explicitly remember this. Held up the caravan for an hour.

One more wheel to weld. Having trouble with weld consistency. I'm getting good penetration but they look like they're too wide and flat.

A little trailer surgery. I'm flipping the boards over, replacing 3 of them, rewiring and putting fenders on it.

Tommy, your welds are coming along fine, but stop trying to have "pirate" welds. Ya it looks cool to have the stack of dime look, but that is all dependent on torch movement and machine setting, and honestly just for show. A proper mig weld is supposed to be relatively flat, which would also reduce stress risers. For what you are doing, listen to Creighton, crank it up some and speed up; leave the pretty boy mug stuff alone for now and work on the basics, you are improving a lot!

This x2, those welds are looking awesome compared to when you first started.

Also, I am not going to go get you PJ stickers to put on your trailer. I dont want to assist in the defacing of the PJ name :flipoff2:

I'm pretty sure it's not home made. The welds are far too uniform, and it originally had a lot of pinstripes. It had farm fab put onto it though, random pieces of steel welded on and cut off, nothing new painted, so it rusts.....ect.

I just ordered lance trailer parts today, I wish you would have told so I could get you a discount and delivered to you.
