I have a '06 700 EFI with a broken CV shaft. I pulled the outer already. It is c-clip so I guess I have to pull the whole front-end apart to do it. Lots of stuff to move to do it. No fun.

False, My understanding, and I have done this on a polaris 4 wheeler, just not a side by side, is you take a slide hammer/dent puller, attach it to the shaft, since yours is broken you can weld a tab or whatever. Then connect slidehammer and keep sliding until it pops. Took me a little while to figure this out, I actually attached my winch to the damn thing and was pulling the 4 wheeler all over. Then someone told me about the slide hammer.
I wouldn't call it "C-clip" it is more of spring clip. Like when you reassemble it, you put the pin on the axle then push it through the case.
That would be way easier if that is the case
I think my dad has a takeoff set of 25" tires from a 2011 model, probably 300 miles on them. No wheels. Interested?
Kopecki, for what wheel size?
Sam, you would want to get took on JB's buggy, wouldn't you?!??!
