Isn't a normal dually rear axle the same width as the front? The inside rear tires follow right behind the fronts. I believe this is how Andy's now Brandini's scout is set up.
I like Davido's style of running hummer wheels, bolt on and go.
Are you aware how bad those wheels suck? You better get some on board air, and a high lift, and starter fluid, and matches.
River city steel in SA usually has nice big pieces of 1/4" plate in the scrap pile. Normally about double of scrap price, so about 25 cents per pound. I stock up when I haul scrap, they usually...
I thought scouts had duraspark, guess not. Good upgrade there then. TBI does have the ability to control ignition better than the vacuum/mechanical. You must also have the ability to burn, test,...
If I did tbi again to anything I would not use the ignition part of it. I believe this is what Howel does. Just too much guessing to get the ignition right, I think it'd be better to stay with...
Remember when you had a nice bronco? Then it was bad ass, then somehow it disappeared.
If those are 55w cheap lights, a pair makes 110w so less than 10 amps. Not sure why they supply a 30 amp fuse and 18ga wire. I use a 20 amp fuse on them, and 14 ga wire. The setup they supply...
Yes, it's different.
Should have left the friction modifier out, would grip more.
I was envisioning some reinforcing done to the bottoms, but then when you think of that plus the extension you end up with a lot of **** welded on those thin arms.
Leave the decorations out.
I see mention of heims. You must use bushings at the axle, use the sweet huge bushings from the superduty if you have them. I'd just extend the superduty arms if you have them.
Not sure what...

This is pretty much what I have on front of the scrambler. I...
I know the wheels from 05+ will not fit the older trucks due to too much backspacing. Just curious, what's the width of the axle from flange to flange? Make sure the rear you get is 05+ also to...
Not sure they even made 10w30 in 79.
These things always end up exactly where they belong.
Usually the joint cap gets to spinning in the yoke which knocks the clip off and the cap works its way out until it hits a ball joint and the shafts break. Some people grind the stock shafts so they...
I say electric fans are just trouble. Mechanical fan with shroud is the way to go.
