Coming from experience here I would highly recommend a secondary mount to absorb the torque. Not everyone is as nice as the schubring's and willing to spend a few hours in the dark towing you off...

why not just use the one that came with it and add the front hoop for the trans mount?
all I can say is make sure you have some sort of secondary support off of the 205 to make sure that you take some of the torque load, once I did that I stopped snapping trans/tcase cross members,...
looking good, now all you need is some paint
44's should be interesting to watch on this contraption, i see lots of breakage and not alot of fixing in the future for this rig

these took me 5 minutes to find, not saying that they are better or worse than yours...
I hope you are inspecting the trailer welds while you have it torn apart
are you sure your sprung weight is that high?
i have some axle brackest i will sell you, i bought them planning on making one and never got around to it
this, also when you get a new bolt drop the bolt in from the top as some insurance incase you loose the nut
any idea of how you are going to secure the stop?
also the mount doesnt look that bad, but you may need one of those ram skid plates like jb has/had
first you need a longer bolt for the axle side mount
second, is the 'stop' secured in any way, so it cant slide up and down the shaft, if not i bet you will get a gouge in the shaft and then start...
this is real easy, i did it in about 2 hours while taking my time and drinking a few cold ones
do you need all of that stuff to be a rescue support vehicle?
maybe its the angle but it looks like you arent penetrating as well on the lower plate, but like i said it could be the angle

you dont need cones for the studs, i have never seen a kingpin 60 arm use the cones, but the arm in the pics does look a little suspect
did they mention how many more warns they sell and if the warranty percentage is in the same range or not?
