Prove it with a dyno sheet. My truck runs out of fuel with a stock TS chip. The HPOP will always the limiting factor in an oil driven injection system.
Unless you upgrade your HPOP your true gains will be less then 75hp.
So is not buying pos vehicles and using common sense, but hey we all have out faults.
Usually when you ask for help you should say "I've tested it using ****** way" not just I know it's not it. I honestly doubt the injectors are causing your hard cold starts. I just replaced 3...
Both. I replaced the relay and all was right with the world.
You know this how?
Bet money it's the glow plug relay. I had that exact problem.
I'm thinking everything will be made thin and maybe even al deck. I'm not looking to make it a hauler just to but a nice bed on it and not have to buy a factory one from somewhere.
Is it even needed? Him much of a different in width in the srw and drw axles? Can I put dual wheels on the axle I have now?
I think I'm going to find a d80 to put in the rear from what I'm reading it the easiest thing to do. I'll look into the front some more, I have a 99 f350 to measure.
Haven't decided yet. I would like to just leave the front alone, but it needs a complete rebuild so we will see. I'm also not changing any of the springs but I will add helper bags in the rear.

Well the pos250 will be upgraded to a dually and flatbed after losing a tread doing 80. It's a bad picture but the inner fender, wheel well and bedside are trashed....
On my 99 f250 I need replace the clutch. Was this a yr with the two piece flywheel? Also which clutch as far as a stock replacement is the best?
Wildman tunes are the best, but good luck with the factory hpop keeping up. Mine struggles with the 100hp TS tune and is undriveable with the 140.
I took the turbo off and the valve out. You have to drill out the rivets on the butterfly to get the shaft out. Once it's gutted plug the external hole with a pipe plug. Takes an hr to do and 8 hrs...
I have no muffler, it gets kind of annoying with the windows down. But in reality, the turbo does most of the muffling.
The sound Travis is referring to I believe is the strange exhaust pulse you...
Ya I got the sup's truck
Not bad for a gas 3/4 tonhttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/12/09/a7a5y7a9.jpg
Sparling, the DP is an awesome tuner, I run the TS chip and if I was smart when I bought it I would have sent it off to Tony Wildman to have him put his tunes on it. In out of the box form the DP is...
Sadly tumtum is right, get a bj press and a good impact, other then that it's an easy fix.
I had to fix mine it's simple, it should be 25T torx screw, 4 of them. I should also have the orings, I can mail you a few.
Can you send me a better picture of those wheels, I may be interested in taking them off your hands
I dont change my oil, it changes itself.
my TS chip on the second to highest setting got me 21mpg last tank and thats keeping it around 70, also get on ebay and find a cheap 4in turbo back kit. I...
