That sounds like what my white truck did, but the pump was making some funny gurgling sounds as well. The dealership ended up replacing the pump and rack under warranty.

OK. I'm just going on the experience of trying to help my brother find a place that would install a setup like that in a Dodge diesel about three years ago. Couldn't find a place that would do it...
I think it's illegal to have one gravity feed from the bed to the OEM tank. That's why you see so many with pump handles on top.
We have some really cheap red front spring bushing sets ($9.95) if that helps.
For front and rear sets of black poly bushings we're in the same neighborhood that you're looking at.
What size tank does your Jeep have? If it's a 15-gallon I know where you could probably get a new metal tank for not much more than that.

Those leaf clips don't do a damn thing for wrap.
We replace almost every OEM one that moves through the shop, but I figured it was due to the fact that they don't look like they'd hold up on a Geo Metro. Haven't heard of any recurring problems.

The 6 under the seat area are longer than the 4 on the rear crossmembers. The single bolt under the radiator is different from those 10. If you need a set of factory ones I'll dig some out tomorrow...

A spark plug fell apart in my Jeep like that, it ended up lodging itself between a cylinder and the block and did a pretty good number on everything.
If it hasn't changed, the Car Quest house brand used to be made by Moog. I don't know why more people don't check for oddball crap there, the ones in Corpus stocked all kinds of parts for weird...

JB Weld didn't hold up to an exhaust manifold on my Jeep if that helps in your decision.
