What do you need? I have a tom woods 1310 cv shaft that you would probably have to get retubed/lengthened and balanced but it would save you from starting from scratch.
You could run a 33x10.5x15 on a 8" steel wheel. I had that set up on my CJ many years ago and it performed well.
