Well the wt d30 I have is 3.31 and I picked up a wide track 1986 d44 with 2.73. So it looks like I will be rearing something. Probably start the restoration in about 3 months. Still time to decide.

they came with t5's factory but that is a smaller transmission. i haven't test fit the 3550 yet. i know it has been done before in cj's with 4.0 swaps. there is currently no drivetrain or axles...
