I like how the trac bar mount turned out, hopefully those older spring buckets will push your front axle forward a bit
when do you need that drill motor by?
are those holes already in the frame? you just need to get some 1/4" thick square tubing with the right ID for your track bar bushing and get after it with a drill and grinder
seriously? 2 little bolts under a whole lot of shear force? Also considering what we know about that frame so far I would stop no shorter than the bracket posted near the bottom of that page. It's...
yep, 6 on the left and 3 on the right. God made me special :D
edit: how'd this get moved out of the kitchen?
couldn't agree more :flipoff2:
at least get some logs or something under the frame so it doesn't keel you Seth. That would suck. You can borrow my hilift if you still need one
you can't get measurements for those bolt placements off of someone else's pile?
and pitman pullers can be rented at most of the parts stores.
try putting a little heat on the arm (propane torch)
hmmm...shoulda put a grinder on that next to last one :D
mine too...wanna play swords?
:rainbow:
:flipoff2:
I'm sorry it must have slipped my mind for a second that you were God's gift to fabricating
and your radiator is tigged
:flipoff2:
when was the last time you welded stick?
no the flux chipped itself off while I was welding
it's a damn farmer rod, i can call it anything I want :flipoff2:
why, because I didn't throw away a stick when the slag chipped off the end?
take some pics so the rest of the Furd people can know what to look for and how to fix it
rod got stuck and then came loose a little fast and tapped the filter.
What kinda oil is that? Crude?
you needed to change it anyway :flipoff2:
oh yeah don't forget to flip the switch on the drill from hammerdrill mode to drill mode
yep tommy's a freakin master with a 6011 rod
and your oil filter has a hole in it :D
Not the prettiest work I've ever done but I think it'll do the trick
plated the inside of the frame and then put another plate along the bottom of the framerail over the crack
she's all patched up mang, you should be ready to drill holes and bolt everything on now
I also left my "drill motor" for you
and welding overhead with 6011s sucks
