that really sucks. I hope you are right about it just being sand, but that looks like more than a heater core full of crap could make.
Have you checked the oil or looked for a steam cleaned...

Scott didn't you send out your pcm for some programming? I think you could have setup the pcm to use the built in fan relay control. I don't know if its enabled stock, but it is an option in there....
Pelican stuff is nice if plastic will work.
so you don't need the noid lights?
what do you mean o2 sensors hanging? no fluctuation or not physically installed and hanging by the wires?
they dont do much at idle anyway.
that fuse and relay box under the hood only contains fuel injection and abs type stuff
Is that what Lance would do?
I'm sure there is a plug you can use for the sending unit, its not like this hasn't been done before.
The rover has 4 temp sending units :D

I think they are playing with cox

There were some kick as bead looks at northgate yesterday. 2 bolts an inch apart every 60 degrees.
i think he already had it coated. didn't you get that memo?
Sbs
did you run flex line from the tank to the engine? :flipoff2:
looks like mig
:flipoff2:
white people :flipoff2:
yes, the backing plate
arb
those prices really aren't that bad if gears are included. Did you get quotes for ARB instead of detroit?
mark william$ sells 3.250 bore 3rd members for under 400, and if they get that much for them someone else has to be selling them cheaper.
probably a way to keep the housing straight ;)
looks good scott, but you should have milled the entire housing away and got a flemco 9
