I need to come by and check out your setup.
i think I used ones off a 78 ish 3/4 ton chevy truck
3/4 ton brakes mine have groves for the copper washer to seal against
you need those for inspection but no windshield if I remember correctly
sweet, looks nice
to remove the cut the tube from the inside in 3 to 4 places with a saxzall and it should let the tube collaspse enought that you can hammer it out, oh and heat up the ouside of the c
Lately it just got cool, well keep it and wheel the piss out of it, but build a cage first
damn it it didn't take long for you to try and abort this project
yes they are, if it is made by Jesse I trust that it wont break, but then the dirty sanchez tends to defy all logic
yeah the C doesn't look too bad, I think most people end up running deadenbear knuckles
thats pretty sweet.
Its pretty common for a Ford kingpin knuckle to break there, sucks that it took out the inner C. I say go with spidertrax knuckles.
ok, i see now, good idea or you could get a flush mount grease fitting, also pretty hard to break off that grease fitting
whats with the welded kingpin caps?
I have 2 dewalt grinders and a porter cable. However the porter cable, which is a copy of a dewalt needs new brushes, it was/is about 4 years old. The dewalts got used alot, one of them has a wire...
I would rebuild the front bracket and drop it down about an inch maybe more. it will help with pinion angle and clear the pitman arm
it may not bend but I bet you will crack the welds down at the end
looks real safe there, make sure to use a highlift next time too
sounds like a waste of money to me
you know there is a chart on the inside of the lid that shows you how set it up
ok, I am pretty sure I can find one cause if I remember correctly 3/4 tons are most likely to have a sterling
yeah, I am sure there is one here in waco, I will look.
did 3/4 tons have the sterling?
those will bend springs too because it puts the springs undercompression
and jeeps
it keeps mud and **** out of the clutch
