37's would help mileage, in my past experience it is all about cruising RPMs. Lower RPMs at cruising speed with 37's compared to 33's. The 7.3's meritoriously got better mileage with larger tires...

I believe I have 3.73 gears, They seem to be the most common with the 6 speeds. There is a big difference between 70 and 80mph, I drove 80. I was a little appointed, but will keep working on it. ...

Updated the lights
installed the 4" exhaust (with muffler)
removed steps, tinted the windows, installed new glow plugs and have been driving it every day for the last month.


I got 14.5 mpg...

I'm going to get new headlights, but I like the 7.3 grill.

Exhaust temp and boost gauge will make this truck douche.... Especially since I'm not putting them on the pillar
