Yep - I carry a 330 and a 331 spare in Lynda's Jeep (Spicer brand though) I also have two sets of 330-10 U-joint straps ready to go...
I bought the spares the same time that I bought the shafts:D
good deal! - now what time can you be ready to go today? 5:00?
Cool - hope it's ready for some extreme trails, were going to hit them hard right away...
Yes, this is true, works just as good
you don't need it
some have the neutral safety switch also (which is wierd for a manual...). 10 splines were typical for the 4x4 versions, 32 for the 2wd
EDIT - Lynda's has both, it's a 10 spline
another
here ya go - Camera doesn't like the dark...
WILL IT BE READY???
thought it was fuel injected, should have no problem with the carb till it gets to the trail... It took me forever to get all my messed up sensors / crazy wiring working right.
how'd the crunch weekend go? get everything done?
fire it up? - better cross your fingers, put in a couple hours for troubleshooting
drill castle nuts? why?
powder coat cage? it's just going to get scraped by rocks. Buy some rattle cans...
17 days and counting... Good luck! Going to Houston for the exhaust???
You will find all kinds of crap to do. The little stuff tends to add up real quick...
I rolled by your house in the Patrol saturday around 3:30~4:00 and nobody was there, the cruiser looked the same as the last time I saw it. House was open, fuel cell looked good on the kitchen...
the "other side" or "second one" is always much easier than the first. Once you learn the bender and what one pull can do to the tubing at each angle, life is much easier and everthing will go ...
how long did it take, how much metal did you waste, and.... wasn't that FUN!!!!
it seems like I am always adding pieces to my cage - it is never finished:D
should have cleaned the steel better, I see one dirty spot. also lacking tacks on the bottom side causing it to warp:D
Slow down Dave!! Looks good
Ahhhh

I think I will just do my brake lines myself, unless I get a free good deed:D
so Mark,
when u gona come down and run my brake lines...
He'll need it there if he does any driving on the trail...
probably in the passenger seat too
DAVID!
SLOW DOWN! You are making me look bad, it is looking way too real!
Good work-keep it going, just go slower so I can catch up!
