I was refering to one that didn't pass DOT...they have to be something like no more than 12" from the ground...as they wear out where they are mounted usually people keep moving them up to get fresh...

I thought you were doing the mudflap for floor? that would take 10 min to do w/ some self tapping sheetmetal screws. get seth to find you an old flap at work.
