Boss at the air port had the same problem and thought it was everything else including pulleys and lifters and ended up being the back rod bearings

If your still confident in the f150 engine and trans do the superduty axle swap. End prduct can easily be a very highway friendly drive as hard as you want rig.

Tommy- that seems like a horrible band-aid fix, wouldn't oil leak through to the axle tubes and maybe get stuck there leaving the diff low?
JB- Bring it over to Dowling and I could fix you up...
But I think that is only at speeds lower than 35 mph
