Definitely take over 218!!! Shop, yard, TWO bars, saltwater aquarium, spacious walk in closets...this place has it all!!!
    Boats and hoes

Stumble in to the liquor store
With a dollar-fifty for a bottle of wine,
I know just what I'm lookin for
    Thunderbird will do just fine.

The history alone is worth something, but I hear bleach and a good pressure washer would probably get rid of it.

I know you said college station, but there are nice houses on my street and the st. over with nice yards, etc... Most likely they are closer to A&M than what you'll find in CS.

tee or fairway, by the munipal golf course in bryan.

Every student with a house needs to be careful over spring break/christmas regardless of the area. Crooks know where you live and know you're out of town.

this is why you pay 30 bucks a month and get renters insurance. I know it sounds like a pain guys but it really is worth it. Get covered for $30,000 worth of ****, have a $300 deductible and if anyone makes off with any tools, tvs or computers you are covered.

Sh!t mine is $124 a year and is basically free as i get a multi-line discount on my car insurance of like $95. My deductible is whatever the standard is. In Maryland you had to have it to rent a place.
